Website design for Indianapolis area residential development features blog, photo gallery and intuitive content management system.
Indianapolis entrepreneur, Land Development & Building, hired Gerardot & Co. to develop a website for its newest development in Carmel, Indiana. We designed this first phase of the website specifically for members of the press. Phase two of the website will be targeted to home buyers and therefore focused more on the design of the homes, floor plans and the neighborhood’s sustainable lifestyle. We developed the site and blog with an easy-to-use content management system so that the developer could make frequent changes to floor plans, site plans and available home sites. The blog is designed to keep local press and nearby residents informed about the project’s progress.
