Brand Identity for Carmel/Indianapolis neighborhood development

An Innovative Classic

Brand Identity design for Indianapolis area neighborhood is inspired by the classic American architecture and quality craftsmanship.

Indianapolis entrepreneur, Land Development & Building, hired Gerardot & Co. to develop a name, brand theme and brand identity system for Carmel Indiana’s newest and most innovative residential development. “Inglenook” was chosen from a list of eight names we tested with a select focus group and inspired by the word’s origin: Ingle (fire burning in hearth) + nook (a small, cozy corner). This small “pocket neighborhood” features 26 quaint bungalows nestled around beautifully landscaped courtyards.
