Brand identity design for luxury residential real estate development takes the high road.

This brand identity system was designed for a luxury residential real estate development located high in the mountains overlooking Sun Valley, Idaho. The property name comes from the silver mine that once occupied the valuable land. The design of the logomark depicts three progressively higher mountains, because Independence represents not only the hottest residential development in Sun Valley, it is also the highest. at an elevation of some 8,000 ft. To emphasize the elevation and great view and to set this luxury real estate apart from those of lesser value, Gerardot also developed a brand tag line with subtle bragging rights. — “Higher Living”.
